Giclee Fine Art DetailsFillpot photographs are created as fine art giclee prints utilizing a highly specialized printing process. The color prints are made with 6 color pigment inks with a life expectancy of over 100 years. The European fine art paper is acid free 100% rag content stock used exclusively by the Fillpots. When the pigment ink is applied to the paper a rich color intensity and crispness occurs, producing a fine work of art. Every image is carefully considered before artwork is introduced. Some florals are printed as photographed or have moderately enhanced backgrounds. Other images are entirely painted by Bon and you can actually see the brush strokes. The impression series are completely painted by Bon. Splashes of color accents and highlights the painterly appearance of the Portrait Art. The Fillpots do not use digital filters or actions during the painting process, making each image a one of a kind creation. These fine art prints are photographed, hand painted and printed by the Fillpots. All floral images are limited edition, hand signed and numbered by the Fillpots. The CarbonTone and impression collections are signed and numbered as well. All art work is archival in presentation which includes glass, museum matting and gallery framing.

Windswept Iris ©2002Bovina, TX,1998- a visit to Jim's Aunt Sid. We shared our love of quilting and Irises. Jim and I helped her thin-out her Iris garden, now that she's alone. She gave me quilting scraps and Iris rhizomes. I planted the Iris and made a quilt from her scraps. In the winter the quilt warms me and my heart. In the spring the sun comes around the Iris garden in the morning, making the light glow inside, like my love and memories of Aunt Sid.
